We offer a simple return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase after 30 days, please send back your purchase and we will refund your money. No questions asked. We never want an upset or unhappy customers.
All products available to customers through efoxecigs.com are covered within the 6 month warranty period except for atomizers and cartomizers. Atomizers and cartomizers will include a 30 day warranty until further notice.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
